Ray Hais

Ray played High School Volleyball was MVP 11th/12th grade and made First Team Santa Clarita both years. He also played at Pierce College then transferred to College of the Canyons where he played for two years as the starting Outside Hitter. Ray would also play for the Cal Poly Men’s Club in 92.  After that, he played beach and achieved an "A "rating in the 90s.

 

Ray's coaching career started as an Assistant Coach in 95 for the SLO High freshman team. He also coached Old Mission Junior High Girls Volleyball Coach from 2010-2019 as well as Old Mission School boys volleyball 2010-2016.  Most recently, he was an Assistant Coach for the MCP Girls Varsity Volleyball Team. Ray has trained and learned from Gold Medal Squared Coaches.

 

Ray says that he coaches, "For the love of the game that has brought so much joy and physical fitness to my life and to share that passion with boys and girls to introduce them to the game and make them better athletes and help them achieve their volleyball goals while making them confident young men and women in all aspects of life."
